Refund policy

Thank you for choosing DEEPER. We take great pride in crafting clean, small-batch, hand-poured candles. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on unused candles within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the candle must be:

  • Unused and unlit
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition it was received

To start a return, contact us at deeperwellnessco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your candle arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The box
  • The shipping label

We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your unused product for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or lit candles
  • Items not in original condition
  • Items returned without prior approval

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that time, we may have already begun processing your order.
