Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with DEEPER. Every candle is crafted in small batches and shipped with care from Los Angeles.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship within the United States only.

Flat Rate Shipping: $6 USD

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the most efficient method.

Delivery Estimates

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location and carrier transit times.

Please note that holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays may affect delivery time.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to edit or reroute packages once they’re in transit.

Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, DEEPER. is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at deeperwellnessco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • the damaged candle
  • the box
  • the shipping label

We’ll replace the item at no cost to you.
